Condo located at heart of Singapore. The condo is not so new anymore, but still good enough. Premium price because of the location. Along horne road, 2 mins away from lavender MRT with many amenties. Nearest mall is Aperia mall. Recommended for those who can afford this condo.

Located next to Lavendar MRT. Minutes to city centre and business district. Well maintained condominium despite its age.
Lots of noise from the nearby road in the day and night. And there are several buildings under construction around, dusty and noisy. The garbage dump on the ground near the sidewalk is stinking.
Overcrowding and old facilities. Dirty toilets and lifts
Great location, 99 years leasehold from 2004 with crazy psf of $1800++, many better options with such prices and market of property dipping soon.
Nice condo building steps away from the green line. Good facility even though it’s a lil old vs. the newly built ones.
A few steps away from Lavender mrt. Many units facing kallang have a great view. The 1 and 1+1 bedroom type has efficient layout maximizing the natural lights.
Wonder how is the noise level at night for high level units facing kallang road and nicoll highway.
